Purpose
Art of Touch centers around Bird’s purpose of offering community support, easing tension, and celebrating connection.
People deserve spaces where they can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves without judgment.
Sessions focus on relaxation, mindfulness, creative exploration, and safe, non-sexual therapeutic touch.
Art of Touch sessions are not medical massage, physical therapy or healthcare services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Meet Bird

After decades of professional training, studying mindfulness, and exploring the relationship between creativity and human connection, I created Art of Touch as a quiet place where people can breathe deep and simply exhale.
I believe healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it begins with feeling safe enough to breathe, move, create, or simply be present with another person.
Art of Touch exists to offer that space.
