Safe Touch. Quiet Presence. Safe Space.

Helping people reconnect with themselves through safe touch, mindfulness, creativity, and compassionate presence.

Every nervous system speaks a different language. Others respond to stillness. Others to movement. Others to conversation. Others to gentle touch. Together we discover what your body already knows and choose the language your body trusts most to release tension.

Touch Therapy
Gentle, consent-based, non-sexual therapeutic touch designed to reduce stress and support nervous system regulation.

Relaxation Sessions
A calming body relaxation that encourages deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Guided Meditation
Learn breathing, grounding, and mindfulness techniques that continue long after the session ends.

Creative Wellness
Art, journaling, and gentle movement used to explore emotions without needing the perfect words or picture.

Stephanie Bird cares for the whole person and creates space where clients feel safe, seen, and whole. She offers 60 and 90-minute sessions and will travel by arrangement.

Purpose

Art of Touch centers around Bird’s purpose of offering community support, easing tension, and celebrating connection.

People deserve spaces where they can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves without judgment.

Sessions focus on relaxation, mindfulness, creative exploration, and safe, non-sexual therapeutic touch.

Art of Touch sessions are not medical massage, physical therapy or healthcare services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Meet Bird

Stephanie Bird
Stephanie Bird, M.A.Ed.

After decades of professional training, studying mindfulness, and exploring the relationship between creativity and human connection, I created Art of Touch as a quiet place where people can breathe deep and simply exhale.

I believe healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it begins with feeling safe enough to breathe, move, create, or simply be present with another person.

Art of Touch exists to offer that space.
